On 20 November, SKEMA Business School’s Grand Paris campus will host a conference on LGBT inclusion in the workplace, organised by the HeForShe association and students from the MSc Project and Programme Management & Business Development (PPMBD).

Scheduled for 6:30 pm in Amphitheatre II on the Grand Paris campus, the event will address the specific challenges faced by LGBT individuals in their professional journeys. It will spotlight key initiatives and best practices to foster a more inclusive work environment.

Why attend?

Aimed at future managers, this conference will provide valuable insights into understanding and managing diversity within teams. In a context where diversity is a critical issue for businesses, mastering the legal and cultural aspects of anti-discrimination measures in France and the European Union has become essential. Promoting an inclusive workplace, while mitigating discrimination risks, enhances a company’s appeal and empowers its employees.

The conference will feature three experts in diversity and inclusion:

  • Nicolas Pirat Delbrayelle – Representative of Têtu Connect, specialising in diversity and inclusion topics.
  • Chrystelle Bourdoukan – Member of All Equals, Natixis’ LGBT+ network, offering insights into corporate commitments to diversity.
  • Tinatin Laoshvili – Manager and Inclusion & Diversity Ambassador at Accenture, sharing experiences on concrete initiatives for effective inclusion.
