Dr. Yujie Cai is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at SKEMA Business School. He obtained his PhD degree in Management from Peking University (International PhD), jointly developed at Cornell University ILR School sponsored by the Fulbright Scholarship. Before joining SKEMA, Dr. Cai worked in British (and Sino-UK joint venture) universities such as Swansea University, University of Liverpool, and Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK, a regional editor of Asia Pacific Business Review, and a member of the Association of British Chinese Professors. In addition, Dr. Cai used to work as a Media Manager in the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad.

Research interests include high-performance work systems, occupational safety and well-being, leadership, diversity, artificial intelligence application in business, and multidisciplinary research.
